I have done my taxes at different places over the years. This is by far the best place I've been too personally. I'm sure there are other great ones, But I was told about Liberty Tax by a relative, and glad I went there.

The guy who works at the front desk was extremely friendly and kind. Additionally, the lady who did my taxes was extremely thorough, and explained things to me where I could understand, and even asked if I had questions. Very meticulous and keen when it comes to explaining things. Excellence all-around.

One of the biggest frustrations over the years is when certain places I've been to when you do taxes don't explain things thoroughly. Liberty Tax is a wonderful exception. I recommend this place if you are needing to get your taxes done. Wasn't too bad in terms of what I was charged to file them, but very thorough. Very friendly staff here. Compared to other places too, they weren't busy like HR Block for instance where you have to book appointments.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. If I'm in Alberta next year, I'll look into filing my taxes here.

I read the reviews before coming and saw great praise for Barbie, and damn does she deserve it ! I rarely write reviews so when I do I mean it ! Barbie was great and actually showed me the computer to see where my money was going and how it all worked! I was also concerned that my past taxes were done wrong and she went over them to reassure me! We talked for over an hour and I couldn’t be more thankful for her service! I’d recommend going to hear hands down! She’s quick and explains every question you have with ease! This woman deserves a raise! Cheers Barbie and I plan on coming here for years to come!

I am literally just wowed with my experience here. First of all, Barbie was able to get me in extremely quick. I was in the office for maybe a half an hour and everything was completed. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient she was!! I will return to you every single year!!! Thank you Barbie and liberty tax!!
