I am very pleased with the staff at this location. I do my own taxes but when it came to preparing my deceased mother's trust I decided to not waste my time learning how to do it.  The staff took the pressure off of my shoulders. I  felt a wonderful sense of relief  thanks to their help.  And, their fees are very reasonable. Infact, I designated this location to represent my mom's estate to clear up any outstanding issues with the estate until the end. Thank you Anna and the staff for giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend this location. Btw there is free 2 hr parking on Gertrude.

They did an excellent job and helped me how to maximize my return, I went to other liberty tax in the past and they didn't let me know of credits that I was eligible for. Iryna is very knowledgeable. She informed me of past returns that were not filed to there full potential. They sent in a adjustment and I actually just got a check in the mail from prior years

Good customer service has become a thing of the past, not the case with this amazing people. I have being going there ever since I found them a few years ago and every time I go there I feel I am amongst family, the manager loves my kids. My taxes are a bit complicated to do since I have a business but their professionalism and knowledge has always given me the best returns and they find tax exemptions I didn’t even know existed, like I said good service is hard to find and with them I feel I struck gold.
