We went and saw Sam in Fort Saskatchewan in late 2021 because we had a lot of years to do. Sam was great. This morning I emailed him and asked him to do our taxes as soon as he's able too and about 1 hours later I got a phone call from Sam saying our taxes our done. In my email I also asked him about cash back and he said not a problem and said we could come in at 5pm today. So we went there and to our surprise not only was a refund cheque ready for me  ut he also deducted the cost of my husband's return off of my refund cheque. It's so nice having someone who is so on top of his clients tax returns but he accutally listens to his customers. I recommend Sam and liberty tax to everyone I know. Thank you so much Sam and the rest of the staff at liberty tax.
