I was the owner of Liberty Tax up until 2022, I then sold the business for health reasons. This year I was working a full time job, attending school and working remotely to help the new owner until a suitable replacement can be found to take my place. I was finding that I was having some trouble with memory and other issues. I chalked it up to all I had going on. After tax season I seen my dr and found out I had an illness causing these issues. I apologize to any customers that suffered due to this. The new owner and the current staff worked very hard this tax season. They were all new and learning so yes there were a few ups and downs but this office will always strive to provide the best customer service possible, with as little error as possible. We are not perfect but we try are very best. Keep up the good work 😊
